1) He doesn't like the Autobot Females. Maybe he was once a female and got a sex-change so that he could be in the military, but when he saw the Autobot females, he realised he didn't have to and tried to kill them.
OK! Yep, that's the only reason I found besides his voice, which I already explained in the section that explains he isn't gay. This doesn't make any sense. He's a robot. If he just so happened to be a female robot at first, then he could revert back to female on his own whenever he wanted. He could perform the "operation" himself. And considering Starscream doesn't get along well with death, I'm thinking he was drafted or something into the military. If he were a femme, why would he want to join the army? He wouldn't. He's obviously thanatophobic or something. If he was ever a female, he wouldn't have to be in the Decepticons unless he started a group of Decepticon femmes, and thus wanted to, but he's afraid of death. If I were afraid of death, I most certainly would not want to be in the military. Of course, Starscream also wants to lead the Decepticons, but I'm thinking that came after he joined the army (unless before the Decepticons he had his own little evil armada, some people are weird like that [won't mention who, certainly not the commander of Completely Evil Inc. Ø.Ø]).
