Setsuna is the oldest senshi, having been alive since the Silver Millennium.  She is the guardian of the Door of Time.  She isn't allowed to leave her post, but she does anyway to help the other senshi.  She can stop time, but since it's a taboo, she had to leave when she did (in the Manga, she died).  It is hinted that she has a crush on King Endymion in the Manga.
